Grooming is a part of life for humans and pets. Dogs deserve the same respect and attention people get at a hair salon. I do my best to "listen" to the pet when they are trying to communicate. I do not want to cause any unnecessary stress to your dog. There will be open communication and I will give a brief summary of your pet's salon experience. I believe in working with a pet over time and making them feel comfortable with grooming. I am very patient and that's how you have to be when your working with clients that can only say one word........WOOF!!
