A small short haired dog ( I.E. Pug) will cost less than a small long haired dog ( I.E. Maltese)
A medium short haired dog
(I.E. Basset Hound) will cost less than a medium long haired dog
(I.E. Sheltie)
A large short haired dog
(I.E. Doberman) will cost less than a large long haired dog
(I.E. German Shepard)
